Various organizations at Tioga Middle School including Student Council, Cheerleaders, and Journalism, will be participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life on May 13 in honor of Chalisa, an 8th grader at our school who is battling cancer. At Relay For Life, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness and help the American Cancer Society save more lives from cancer.
Team Chalisa will be sponsoring various fund-raisers to help us reach our goal of raising $3000.00 to donate to the American Cancer Society.
